Made to order

Every item is knit to order after you purchase it. Product images may be digital mockups, and colors and knit detail can vary slightly from what you see on screen. Measurements are approximate and can vary slightly from garment to garment.

Prices and payment

Prices are in US dollars (USD). Payment is processed securely by Stripe at checkout. If you pay with a card issued outside the US, your bank may add currency conversion or foreign transaction fees.

If an item is listed at an obviously incorrect price, we may cancel the order and give you a full refund.

Taxes and import duties

Duties and taxes are included for orders shipped within the United States, and for Economy shipping to other countries. With Express shipping outside the United States, your country may charge import duties or VAT on delivery, and these are your responsibility.

Shipping

• Shipping costs and delivery estimates are shown at checkout. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees, and include the time needed to knit your item.
• Express shipping shortens transit time, not production time.
• We can't deliver to PO boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or unincorporated US territories.
• Please double-check your shipping address. We can make small street-address corrections if you contact us before the order ships, but the country, state or province, ZIP or postal code, and shipping method can't be changed once an order is placed.

Cancellations

Because each item goes into production right after you order, orders can't be canceled once placed.

Returns, defects, and damage

All sales are final. Because every item is made to order, we can't accept returns or exchanges for size or a change of mind.

If your item arrives damaged, with a misprint or defect, or isn't the item you ordered, email artforthismortalcoil@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery and include photos. If your order is lost in transit, contact us within 14 days after its estimated delivery date. We'll make it right with a replacement or a refund, at our choice.

Problems with an order

If something goes wrong, please contact us first. We'll work with you to resolve it as quickly as we can.

Artwork and designs

All artwork, designs, photos, and text on this site belong to Elijah Pashby. Buying an item doesn't grant any rights to copy, reproduce, or sell the design.

Limitation of liability

To the extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version shown when you place an order applies to that order.
