Where we ship

We can't deliver to PO boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or unincorporated US territories (such as Puerto Rico and Guam).

• North America and Oceania: United States, Canada, Mexico, Australia, New Zealand.
• Europe: United Kingdom, Ireland, France, Germany, Italy, Spain, Austria, Belgium, Netherlands, Luxembourg, Switzerland, Denmark, Norway, Sweden, Poland, Czech Republic, Slovakia.
• Asia: Japan, Singapore, Mainland China, Hong Kong, Taiwan. Only Express shipping is available to Hong Kong and Taiwan.

Delivery times

Each item takes about 7–14 days to knit before it ships. Including that time, delivery usually takes:

• Economy: about 3–5 weeks from order.
• Express: about 2–3 weeks from order. Express shortens transit time, not knitting time.

Delivery times are estimates

These times are estimates, not guarantees, and can run longer during busy periods or customs delays. Tracking information is provided once your order ships.

Shipping costs

Shipping to the United States (all sizes):

• Hoodies — Economy: $13.00 USD for the first item, $9.00 USD for each additional item.
• Hoodies — Express: $29.00 USD for the first item, $12.00 USD for each additional item.
• In an order with several items, the item with the highest shipping rate is charged as the first item, and each other item at its additional-item rate.
• Outside the United States, shipping is calculated at checkout based on your country and shipping method.
• Orders to European Union countries include a $3.50 USD customs fee per parcel.

Duties and taxes

• United States: duties and taxes are included in all shipping options.
• Other countries with Economy shipping: duties and taxes are included.
• Other countries with Express shipping: your country may charge import duties or VAT on delivery. These are your responsibility.
• Canada: duties or taxes may apply on delivery.

Check your address

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. If you need to correct a street address or unit number, contact us right away — we can fix small corrections before the order ships. The country, state or province, ZIP or postal code, and shipping method can't be changed once an order is placed.

We can't replace orders lost because of an incorrect address.

Cancellations

Because each item goes into production right after you order, orders can't be canceled once placed.

Returns and exchanges

All sales are final. Because every item is made to order, we can't accept returns or exchanges for the wrong size, a change of mind, or a preference about the design or color. Please check the size guide before ordering.

Damaged, defective, or wrong items

If your item arrives damaged, with a misprint or manufacturing defect, or isn't the item you ordered, email artforthismortalcoil@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery. Include your order details and photos of the problem. We'll make it right with a replacement or a refund, at our choice.

Orders that haven't arrived

If your order hasn't arrived within 14 days after its estimated delivery date, email artforthismortalcoil@gmail.com and we'll look into it. If it was lost in transit, we'll send a replacement or issue a refund.

Packages marked as delivered

If tracking shows your package was delivered but you can't find it, check around your door, mailbox, and building, ask neighbors, and allow up to 48 hours, since carriers sometimes mark packages delivered early. If it still hasn't turned up, contact the carrier with your tracking number. We can't replace packages the carrier has marked as delivered.

Refunds

Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method. Depending on your bank, it usually takes 5–10 business days for a refund to appear.

Problems and disputes

If anything goes wrong with your order, please contact us before filing a dispute with your bank or card issuer. We'll work with you to resolve it as quickly as we can.
